Crazy they couldn’t hold this off until the new model year...

Anyone know if dealers are gonna be able to get price protection on this? I was barely okay with the price at time of ordering

I just checked with my dealer and since I signed a buyers order with final price when I ordered in June they said I am locked into my price. I guess that will be the ticket to avoiding the increase.

Texted with my dealer and they said we always see slight adjustments throughout the year. Make sure to sign a buyers order when ordering to lock in price.

Yes it says buyers order on the top. It’s the same form you sign with the breakdown of tax title etc when you finalize the deal to drive off the lot. I’ll try to upload later when I’m home.

They keep raising the price because they know they can. All the people waiting for 2019 models are going to be paying even more. Wranglers definitely won't be getting cheaper.
