JLS and TJ Sport side by side

Just got Mopar lift installed on my JLR and parked next to neighbors stock TJ sport. JL looks huge.

And my JL is still on 33's. Awaiting back ordered 37's.

It's amazing, bust most cars seem huge in comparison to their 70s and 80s counterparts these days. Only things that have shrunk are US built sedans, but even then, the glasshouses and the pillars are wafer thin compared to a modern car.

A close friend of mine has an original 1977 911 Turbo and has just bought a 2018 991 version. Side-by-side they look like the old car is a half scale model.

The nice thing about the TJ is, it's small and nibble so you can really have a lot of Jeepy fun

The TJ was the perfect jeep. Really miss mine. One day I’ll have a nice one to keep my JLR company.

Dont miss my TJ as much as I miss my CJ. My JLUR definitely tops both in terms of function and capability, but..there is something to be said for character
