JL Wranglers of MOAB EJS 2018! Aftermarket Vendors and Official Jeep Concepts

I am a little disappointed in the lack of full tube / flat fenders on these. Looks like they pretty much are all using the factory high line fenders. I did like the red JL with the tube front and rear pre-runner style bumper. I am trying to find out who makes that one. (Similar to ADD, but not quite)

I guess one positive of the delays is that there is plenty of time to change my mind as new things come out. I was told to wait another 5months or so and the market will really open up. A lot of these early products are just retrofitted JK parts, and there will be better JL designed parts coming, I am sure that’s at least partially true, but I am sure some of the new items were designed on the JL and were not “made to fit”.

The rear door that looks like it's the B-pillar of a truck, but isn't really, because it's still a door! Of all the stuff they put together for the Mopar concepts, this one little thing is my favorite.

Looks better from the side but from the front it looks like someone just wanted to slap a lot of metal on. It isn't even functional, wasted weight.

I feel like Bestop should sell this with their custom top they made for Dynatrac. A few adjustments but this would be a killer look I’d buy into!

I agree. It's amazing how simply eliminating the famous, but bulky hinge plates makes a world of difference in the door appearing like it isn't really there, and yet it still being a door that can be opened for extra access works, too.

No, they spot welded a panel over it. They can undo it later because it’s not a full weld, but they can’t open it.

Lots of users here are having the orders delayed, but it seems everyone who went to MOAB have their JLs. Wonder if FCA prioritized getting new JLs to corporate sponsors and such so they could build them and show them off.

These guys ordered in November, some with prior FCA relationships ordered in October before most dealerships could order, they weren’t waiting for L.A. to decide whether to order or not, they were getting one regardless, so they have no impact on all the delayed orders from this year.
