Im thinking to trade my 3.6 for a diesel. I'm just asking for an honest opinion from an ED owner. Do you like it and is it reliable? Thanks in advance
I ordered mine 11/04/2019 and like 99% of others who’ve ordered, am still waiting for delivery. The few who’ve received their rig and reported back are saying they love the way they drive. One reported a vacuum line issue and a software update. Both resolved quickly. They say there are a few on dealer lots now. So try a search on the web and maybe you’ll find one nearby you can test drive!

Thank you very much. It is just a matter of preference I guess. But the notion of being able to get more mpg and low end torque is very appealing to me. I like my Rubicon JLU, but I've been juggling the idea of a diesel for a couple of years now. The mgr at Jeep called me and said to send him a sheet of what I would like and probably next week I will stop by. Also, I think diesels are more durable than gas engines.
Again, thank you for the info...
