JL Wrangler Altitude Edition in Builder Now

Anyone know the difference between the alpine 8 vs alpine 9? Is it simply just one extra speaker?

But that would leave an odd number of speakers for the interior...but, seriously, when was the 8 offered? Was that the JK Alpine? Maybe the 9 includes the active noise cancelling? I still can't tell the difference between an iPhone 8 and a 9, but, then again, I'm a Galaxy man...

Can anyone tell me if there's a special path to take...I see all the others in the builder: Sport, Sport S, Sahara, Rubicon and Moab, but no Altitude.

In many cases web browsers will cache pages so they load faster but sometimes new content may not always display because the browser is still referencing the old page. Clear your browsing history or do a hard refresh ( crtl + ft) and you should be able to see the new stuff .

Go to pick new model by default it shows 2018 models.

Ah, I left off the headliners. The altitude package is pretty good it seems.

The headliners were by far my worst purchase. Buy hotheads. Not the $10 of cardboard and carpeting Mopar is selling.

I agree Mike. I wanted to order the factory headliner when I ordered my new Sahara, but found a Sahara with everything I wanted sans the headliner. I was going order a factory one, but got the tip on the HotHead's here. The HotHead is due tomorrow, and with the 10% off they have going I got the headliner, and the sound mats for less.

For the Altitude Sport it says Available Advanced Safety Group, but when you go through and try to build it, it’s not an option to add when you go through and build it.

I only checked, because I probably would’ve ended up with a Sport if Advanced Safety was an option on it.

Still doesnt make sense. I would think high altitude package would compensated for the higher altitude, and lower power that goes with it.
