How is everyone getting status codes? I just messaged Jeep chat for the status of my order. Although they told me in words what's going on, they refused to give me the actual status code. When I asked directly for it, they said, "I apologize we are unable to provide status codes as they only used internally"

3 months, but I finally got mine. Love it!!

Looks just like what I ordered except I went premium soft top.

I ordered a 2 Door Rubicon, 3.6, 6 speed Manual with the premium soft top, 8.4N, Cold Weather package, LED Lights, black fenders, standard bumpers on Jan 7th. I had a VIN 6 days later and it just came off the line on Monday but now was assigned the dread "JB" code. My wife wanted the new mopar moab arches rocker panel decal so I think thats what has it held up.

Well, the day is finally here, JLUR just arrived and my sales guy sent me a photo. I plan to make a road trip on Friday to bring it home (live in St. Louis and bought in Chicago). It’s been 10 years since I bought a new car, which is currently still in my possession: 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid. Just a bit of an upgrade....

Beautiful and the color is very Classy, But I may be a little bias on the color..

Ordered my MOAB on 1/5, got a call from the dealer today that the car was delivered.

FYI I wouldn't take Jeep chat's info to heart too much ..... I chatted with them just yesterday and was told that "the car was approved for shipment but was not yet scheduled"

I've finally figured out that Chat/Customer Support doesn't know crap about what's going on and really doesn't care. Almost every call I've made in the last month has given me a conflicting story. Twice I've been given a delivery day. Several times I've been told it's either at the rail yard or is on the train on the way to the dealer. Yesterday I called Customer service and then thirty minutes later tried Chat to cross check. Customer service told me it was on the way to the dealer, but they didn't have an arrival date. Then a few minutes later I contacted Chat and they said it was still at the Toledo Assy Plant. No explanation why or when it would move. The Jeep was built on the 24th of last month. So today is the 15th day without any movement. Doesn't make any sense! You can beg all you want for details, but all you're going to get is wind in your ear. I'm starting to get really angry about this. Not that I don't have my Jeep. That's really not a problem. I'm just sick of being lied to and jerked around. You'd think for $50,000+ you'd get better treatment than this. Sure doesn't say much for FCA.

As per my dealer, my Jeep should be in Denver by Monday. After that it needs to wait for a truck to get to the dealer. Mine was ordered 12/22 and built about a week ago , so not too bad.
