Out of curiosity what did you have for options? I have been reading that the advance safety group is a possible hold up.
Where have you been reading that? They seems to come in bursts, but they're being built.

He told me it would be shipped from Ohio to Indiana and then Kansas starting That day. Jeep still has not scheduled my car for production yet (still in D status) so I’m hopeful he’s right. Seems like the long delay was due to gorilla glass.
What led you to the conclusion that Gorilla Glass might be at fault? They're being built.

Ordered a JLUR-XR in October
I appreciate all of the feedback. I’m not really into the misery loves company logic, but it is good to know that my Jeep isn’t lost or cancelled. My mind went to some dark places as to why it’s not here and you all reminded me that apparently this is a long, painful possibility. I guess whining pays off a little…I posted my screen shot from earlier today and just checked the tracker. It moved! It shipped June 9th. Finally. Now wait about a month? Good luck everyone!

You’re not alone. That is my exact same situation, its been built since may 18th and have yet to get an ETA and my dealer also has no information on it other than that its in KZR status bit its been there since the 18th so something is wrong there. Its a mess. I was kinda hoping id be one of the lucky people where it just showed up but it would have been here by now if it had shipped. Sucks big time.
Same. Built 5/18. Shipping and delivery TBD. dealer thinks maybe it's on a train to somewhere, maybe, perhaps....

What’s scary is bmw can send you a car from Germany I. Two weeks after build…I see people here waiting a month for a car to move two states

Fortunately, my every option JLRUD has moved along nicely. I was dreading a longer wait. However, it’s being shipped to AEV first. Who knows how long that will take, and then who knows how long AEV will work on it, and then who knows how long shipping will take before I finally get delivery.
Congratulations mine was ordered two weeks before urs same color and pretty much every option still nothing. Enjoy the truck!

It takes about a week for it to get to AEV though a dealership in Michigan. Lead time is currently 4 to 6 weeks for turnkey builds.

My JLURD was ordered on December 9th, built on May 18th, delivered to the MI dealership on May 25th, and is expected to become a numbered JL370 within two weeks.

Fortunately I ordered before both price increases or it would have been shut $5k more.

Did you get the Bilstein 8100 remote reservoir system?
Yeah, I’m getting 8100’s…. I hope AEV put some parts aside for my build. My dealership in NY said he set it up to be delivered from factory straight to AEV. Unfortunately, I noticed the price hike on almost all the parts on my build. The only factory option I did not get was the hinge gate reinforcement bc it’s not compatible with the AEV auxiliary fuel tank plus the spare won’t be sitting on the gate anyway. I obviously also didn’t pick any factory upgrades such as rims that were just going to be take offs by AEV.

Your price should be locked-in as long as you ordered before the mid-Jan price hikes from both Jeep and AEV. I just finished my spreadsheet that shows that ordering mine a few weeks ago (while you could still order a 2022) would have cost $6,537 more, but I'm locked-in.

My apologies, I will keep my questions to myself.

Nope, I was an ass in phrasing it like that. I had hoped to find obvious things that were holding up our Jeeps, but so far nothing has stood out.

It really is amazing how random it all is. I specifically held back from ordering any extras besides the premium soft top… then still saw builds with LED headlights and all kinds of stuff cruising through the process. A part of me thinks not having the LED headlights or hard top held me up… but like it’s been said so many times, no one really knows.
At the end of the day, I’m still sitting very lucky, as my JLUR is apparently in the shipping stage.

Has anyone ever living in New England with a build date on or around 5/18 received any shipping info or ETA?
