I show your Jeep Wrangler continues to remain prioritized for delivery and currently has an estimated delivery window reflected to take place between 01/19/2022 - 01/27/2022. Please keep in mind, this timing is estimated and can be subject to change.

Additionally thank you for your response; I understand your frustration with the vehicle being in shipping for this amount of time, I apologize the estimated delivery window can be subject to change. Well, so much for escalation and promises that "we are continuing to prioritize your order with our logistics resources to ensure your order remains prioritized for next steps.” Our dealer has even offered to go themselves to the train port and collect this vehicle, only to be denied.

This unit was stuck in paint for weeks back in October; escalated the first week in November and cloned to another frame; shipped before Thanksgiving last year; arrived at the train port over 2 weeks ago. In all 22 weeks ago today (Wednesday) we ordered this unit and paid our deposit.

I live in a little town and admit it is hard for me to fathom that there are many folks awaiting their Jeeps at the Kirby train port that have been waiting for more than 20 weeks with us. Perhaps I am just too small town to understand what promises and prioritizing mean.

Looking forward to an update from Jeep Information Center since our fourth estimated delivery to dealer window ran out last Monday and apparently all we can do is wait for our 5th estimated delivery to dealer window to announced–

Our local hill country dealer. We have bought many vehicles from them over the years, this will be the fourth Jeep branded unit.

They have been very responsive. Always meet with us even if we just drop in. We understand the regional Jeep representative denied their request to pick up the vehicle themselves. Our sales person is the best—

Thank you for waiting ! I can see your order has been released from the factory and was approved for shipping. Shipping arrangements have not been completed yet but it should be leaving soon! was just curious if low volume dealer and not prime metro area is what is holding you up. Sorry man. Hope you receive soon. I am getting close to ordering (of course I waited too long and now $$$ increase ) and expect to be anxious to receive as well.

I also ordered 10/13. I ordered a Tuscadero 392 (GG/tow/sky one touch). Just heard from my dealer that I’m now in D1 with my estimated ship date 2/2. Knowing how Jeep is, I’m sure this will get pushed back . Hopefully yours will be getting built soon!

I hope not .. good luck to you.. I checked with JC this morning I'm still stuck gathering parts.. I didn't get that many options XR,color too and flares,tow,Corning glass ,front Camara and 4:1 auto 4h... but I see other jeeps getting built with same items as me from December like WTF

I did some searching by putting in random zip codes into Jeeps build it website and found a crap load of 22's out there in transit or on dealer lots which is way more complete than mine since it's still in D. Lot's of them in LA

Ahhhhhh mine arrived 1/13/22 at Gupton! It went straight into service to get the lift and tires added I’m still waiting on it . Should be done by the end of the week

Finally, our JLUR XR landed at our local dealership late this afternoon! Hopefully we will pick her up tomorrow once she is cleaned up and ready. My goodness she looks awesome—

Me, too. We have been anxious she had gotten damaged by the tornados in December. Tomorrow we will spend time to look her over carefully, today we were just glad to welcome her to the hill country—
