JL Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

I am FINALLY in the build process. Here is my timeline thus far...
9/10... ordered
9/14... vin
9/29... D status
10/5... D1 status & est ship date (per my dealership)of 10/23
10/18... in Framing

I don't know how long the actual build process takes b4 it's ready to ship, so we will see. I'm in SE Michigan, so delivery shouldn't be too long. Praying there are no hiccups, but based off of what some have said and gone thru, I'm not holding my breath.

I doubt it. These are entered as sold units so they won't show up as inventory for the dealer or as in transit on the dealer's site.

The ordered Jeep will show up on the dealer site and in transit. They do that in case the person who ordered cancels the order or can finish the deal when it gets there

I need to figure out how to get a "chat" confirmation. I ordered mine on 07/01 and no information from the tracking database here. And my dealer says still in "D" status. I think because my order was a little unusual (2Dr, Manual) that is why it's not going anywhere.

Dealership confirmed: KZ N - First Rail Arrival!

My salesperson is on vacation this week, so I spoke to his boss. Boss says he has no idea why or how Jeep is deciding prioritize its Wrangler builds. He says he has a couple of the same-ish vehicles ordered around the same time with one being ready for shipment and the other still in D status. He's got another customer who has been waiting 4 months!

8/13 - Order
8/16 - VIN and VON
8/17 - 10/10 -- Dumpster fire of inaccurate information
10/11 - Trim stage (status G)
10/11 - KZ (taken to railyard)
10/18 - KZ N (First Rail Arrival)

No, it’s not a for sure thing but depends on each individual dealer. Mine did not show up on any site, ever, including Jeep.com, cargurus, auto trader, the dealer site, nothing. It depends on the dealer and how the deal with it.

JC keeps changing the dealer ETA for my Gladiator. Very frustrating!!

First it was 10/18
Then it was 10/21

Now it's 10/25!!

My jeep has officially been in storage (JS status) for 3 weeks

Asked for an escalation on JC last Friday. Received a "Jeff email" today simply confirming what I already know:

At this present time, your vehicle is built pending shipment via the next available shipping carrier.​

I'm noticing people who've ordered around the same time are seeing their jeeps ship now, so I'm hopeful I'll see mine before the end of the month

UPDATE: My jeep is officially in the shipping stage

My dealer called 10/14 to tell me it had an estimated ship date of 10/26

Dealer called this morning (10/19) to say is KZS and at the railyard (not sure which railyard)
JC just confirmed it's in "the shipping stage"

Looks like it may arrive sooner than expected

Anyone have an idea of how long transit is to the Atlanta area?

Contacted JC today hoping to hear that my jeep has shipped but instead was told it was delivered to the dealer yesterday!! I last contacted JC on Wednesday and they told me it hadn’t shipped yet and estimated delivery was 10/20-11/; my original dealer ETA was 10/7-10/21.

PSA I ordered with Affiliate discount on 8/28 and did NOT get the discount. The MY21 Wrangler is excluded as of 9/21, not 10/1. The dealer was kind enough to work with me on a good price, but was not able to do Affiliate.

It would still qualify for sold order protection per FCA.. it is up to the dealer if they want to honor the affiliate program.

Right, so I just got the call from the dealer that it's in. I'm picking it up on Friday, which is 14 weeks to the day from order (7/16). Finally!
