My insider said it was built on 08/20 and painted on 08/21. He said waiting on emissions test.

Your build sheet should post shortly. On the Gladiator forum there is a rumor that the diesels are going to be delayed waiting for emissions certifications. Unless they made some changes to the engine wouldn't think that would affect JLs.

I queried the FCA database and found my sticker this afternoon!!!!!!

Also, I stealthily stalked the dealership lot. My Jeep is not there yet. And...'m not so stealthy... HAHAH

So I'm back to waiting for another new one, not the first one I thought I was getting. Long story short, the dealer order modified with one change (add Tech package) and made to a sold order to me arrived Friday without the change.
Lucky to find one that's still in transit to a dealer in a neighboring province just like it, but with what we want plus the dual top and towing package which is good to have I suppose. It's been on a rail car in Ottawa since Aug 12th and not supposed to land at the dealer there for another week or two. Then they will make the 4 hour trek to get it. Anyway, the wait continues.
