I was given a 9/1 build date by my dealer, hoping it will come before Sept. 26 on my birthday as well!

Pretty accurate. It moved a few times and landed on 8/22. My Jeep has been built and is awaiting release.

Yep. 7/7 order. Built. Awaiting release. But they don’t sequence by date ordered. It’s some super secret algorithm. Or papers in a hat. Who knows.

My 7/7 order was 8/21 build, now 8/28. Hopefully that holds true and a delivery by 9/25 birthday.

Thank you NeRubi for the help navigating my way to Jeep Chat. On Saturday Amber advised me that all the parts were available for our Jeep. Then today our salesman texted me and advised that it’s in Framing. Still nothing has changed in Crypto though.

Where do you live? Once it gets onto transport it may be one day to western PA or three weeks to southern CA. There is at least one 2020 that is still in inspection for three weeks and hasn't shipped. JB may keep you up to 10 days before going out. 2021s built last week are still waiting transport. So hope can be an option but realize it may be October.

It can take one to three days after assembly starts before the build sheet will show on Crypto. Sometimes the guy at the factory that enters the build in the Jeep database gets busy watching Dr. Phil and forgets to do it. And I know a couple of guys driving theirs for over a month that it doesn't show a build sheet yet.

I got something equivalent to J status this morning. Something like built, passed inspection, and awaiting release to the carrier. I realize this likely means it will have a visit to the storage yard first... BUT, my birthday is the first week of September... It would be fantastic to have it for then!!!! HBD to me!

Sept 2 here! Not holding my breath to drive it on my Birthday, but praying it comes in early enough such that I don't need to do another state inspection with my trade-in.

Once it gets on the train it would normally take about a week to Missouri unless it makes several stops along the way picking up and dropping off railcars. At the dropyard it can take a couple of days for a truck to pick it up and deliver to the dealer or three weeks.

The plant should offer curbside picking for our JLs, just like other's businesses during this Covid mess.
I'd happily drive there to avoid weeks of waiting.
