Same here. "Built and waiting for additional equipment". Which seems contradictory. Built but not done I guess.

Wondering if you ordered dual top option? My salesman told me it has to make a another stop to get the softtop loaded into the back of the jeep before it ships.

Got my build sheet this morning! Progress, Yay! I ordered 1/30/2020. No dual top, just the Hard Top.

Nope. Single hard top. Maybe trailer hitch or reinforced tailgate? Who knows

No, I ordered standard hard top, no soft top.

Well started this journey 23 Dec, my build sheet and sticker are now posted, yea. Now as soon as I can get probably around mid March I can sell my 2013 JKU and start getting after market items for it,

my diesel JL has been stuck in body vendor for 12 days. any ideas on why such a long delay? Jeep chat did not give any details and did not give an estimated ship date.

Out of the blue Jeep Cares called to apologize for the delay in building my diesel Jeep. My Jeep was built and shipped to body vendor in 2/13. They told me that they are waiting on the EGR cooler and hope that they can finish the build sometime in April. I don’t know if it’s a good thing and are improving the EGR cooler or would I be happier having it now?

That would be an excellent customer service idea for FCA.

Yeah it would be. They even gave me a case number and said a rep would contact me within 2 business days. So I would imagine that their estimate of being completed in April might be “bs”
