I decided to give Jeep chat a try, as I haven’t in like 2 weeks, and what do you know... it worked. I stand corrected. I’m still waiting for parts to be scheduled, which sounds about right, as my dealer told me it looked like the build would be happening in December.
Are you US or Canadian??

Everyone is trying to figure out how and why some Jeeps get built before others and I 110% believe it has everything to do with shipping logistics.

I ordered 10/6 and in the first week of november my dealer emailed me saying he had word that my Jeep was probably going to be built in the second week of November. At the end of that week I received an email saying we missed the November build and it looks like we will have to wait for December.

a few days after that email, I noticed a build sheet on crypto stickers for a Canadian order that had a line on it that said “November Production”. Which leads me to believe that all Canadian orders are built once a month and then shipped out so that they have full rail cars. (If a rail car can take 10 Jeep’s and they have 15 Canadian orders, then only 10 Jeep’s are getting built that month, so as not to be sending a half full rail car... for example.)

some people have suggested that high volume dealers get priority(such as Koons or Kriswells?), which in a way they would, as they have the ability to fill transport to those regions.

just my thoughts on the process. I could be way off, and of course part availability would throw a wrench into things.

Makes a heck of a lot of sense.

Thank you so much for the advise. I will make sure that they leave the window sticker on the car. Also, do you mind telling me the name of sales rep you dealt with? BTW where did you order your jeep from? What's your status so far?
Don't want to mention his name but his initials are Z.T. Thanks to this forum I discovered my window sticker and saw the specs did not align with my build sheet. The rep acted as if it was no big deal and he wasn't too happy I cancelled the order. It was my fault I should have noticed how unprofessional he was going to be, when he 'accidentally' forwarded me an email thread, that contained a previous customer personal details including credit card information. Yikes!

Only went to Peel because I thought I was getting a good deal. I ended up buying at Downsview Chrysler that gave me a better deal on a better model for the same price Peel did. I already received mine and it's a 2.0 sting grey Sahara with all the options except towing. Downsview also gave me extra freebies such as a wheel cover etc.

The other half's Snazzberry was in paint on Saturday and received the email for the build sheet a little bit ago.

Just got the call that my wife's snazzberry 80th anniversary JLU just rolled off the transport. We will go pick it up tonight. Ordered on 10-24. 1 day shy of a month. I'm really impressed with the turnaround time.

My build updated today - order was placed 11/13, Jeep customer service told me this morning initial build was finished and it has been moved to putting options on, next step being shipping. Not sure how long that will take, but so far it seems like a very quick process.

Seems like mine is taking a lot longer than others - JLUR manual trans, only hard top and cold weather package.

Ordered 9/21
Got the VIN a couple weeks later
Still no Build sheet
Jeep chat tells me same thing - parts ready, but awaiting build.

I’ve been very patient but today I decided to complain about the delay to Jeep Chat - they said they would escalate to “CM” whatever that means...
I had a similar exchange with Jeep Chat last week. Ordered mine 9/11. Build was supposedly complete 10/13 and moved to "JB" status where it has been waiting since for a "supplier" (according to JC and Dealer - Koons). JLUW, man, dual top and tow, not sure what is delaying it.

No Jeep, YET!

At least yours is (was) moving along!
Ordered JLUW on 10/31 and still in JB1 supposedly. (No build or sticker found but dealer says JB1, so,...??!!) 2.0/auto, premium top, tow package - Ordered from Kate/Courtesy Jeep,...not Criswell or Koons, but still a dealer who moves a decent amount of Jeeps
I am not really in any rush and wasn't expecting to see it until the holidays but it is very frustrating seeing other build get done in 2-3 weeks and my build as not even started yet!! Feel really bad for the people who ordered in September and still no updates!!!
