I think a lot of us are in the same boat.
Order date-6/28

8/12 - build published
8/14 - storage per Jeep chat...sat there for 10 days.
8/24 - released to shipping no ETA
8/28 - dealer says it's KZS status

I have the same bike as your avatar - scary fast. The exhaust tone, at full boil, is music.

The bike in my avatar WAS my bike. I had been riding for 15 years and the drivers near me are getting worse and worse. I was tired of all the close calls. I made the decision to combine my fun vehicle and daily driver into one. I sold the bike and put the money into a 2021 Rubicon which I'm super excited about.

I have the smaller version - Monster 796! A 1200 is too much for me. :surprised:

The Termis DO sing though. :like:
I have the '16 Monster 1200R...it IS a beast, but fun to ride. Problem is that no matter where you go, people do not give any respect to 2-wheeled vehicles and the risks are becoming less tolerable. Less than 2500 miles on it and I'm considering the idea of selling.

How many Monster owners are there on here? I would have never suspected. This year marks my 50th in the saddle - no offs yet.

0-100 in the 5s - if you can launch it properly (I don't dare). It's basically a huge engine with a motorcycle attached to it.

Very nice. I had a '15 Monster 1200S in white, until a deer ran out in front of me, just south of Tukson. Then, to get back on the "horse", I picked up the 1200R in red.

It stands to reason that a Ducati rider would also be a Wrangler owner, but not necessarily the other way around. Not saying it isn't probable, just not AS probable.

FYI, after 45+ years of riding, I haven't been "down"...yet. Also, with the deer...she didn't survive, neither did the Duc...but, since the bike stayed up (even after a 60 mph impact with the deer), I got another.
