Just curious for those oy waiting on High Altitudes. Are you now getting a 2020 or a 2021 at same price?

Seems to me that model in particular had the most changes/differences to already existing or even new Saharas and variants: Interior (seats, stitching), painter exterior bits (mirror, bumpers), 20X8 wheels and, or, Rubi length axes but the only (as far as I know) 3.73 gearing outside of Diesels.

Seems liek they will make this in batch runs


Now do that in Italian.

I ordered a 2020. Differences between 20 and 21 are that for 21 they dropped the 2.0 etorque and added the 3.6 etorque to the engine lineup along with the option to get the front integrated off-road camera.

How did you get a response from Jeep Chat for a Canadian order? They told me it's a Canadian VIN and to talk to my dealer!

Well I'm gonna hit up FCA tomorrow about my build. My dealer has been completely clueless on this build process so you and chat are my yardstick... lol.

I think I heard from UAW local president that the plant closes until Monday at the end of shift tonight. Think they take Friday for the holiday and Saturday they won't have enough staff to run the place.

That’s funny because here’s my email from Jeep @ Customer Care:

See! My delivery has been prioritized. I think that means they don’t put it on a train because that’s not the personal customer service I deserve. Instead one employee pushes the Jeep in neutral from Ohio.

It’s tough going when he first hit the Appalachian mountains but much easier on the other side. It also helps keep the employees socially distant from each other.

Quick update,

I picked up my Jeep Wrangler yesterday. I’m over the moon. Thank you all for answering so many questions. Going to take it on it’s first road trip to Pittsburg this weekend.

The manuals do exist!!! Looks good too. Jeep gave me a shipping timeline that expires tomorrow so hopefully I'll have my manual here soon along with ya!

I feel your pain. Got an update that mine is still sitting on the rail car at the destination rail yard (got there Saturday) and the rail car has now been moved to storage. I have just had the best luck...

How long has yours been shipping? I feel like it's been in transit for months now!

Progress!! My dealer told me that my Jeep is now in Grand Marais (Windsor, Ontario). Waiting for another truck to come bring it to the dealership. But it's finally crossed the border.

Also found a thread from 2019 where someone else figured out what company ships them to the dealer and they have a whole tracking system - I've gone so deep on this.

I ordered a 2020 and haven’t been told that it’s been converted to a 2021.

It appears Crypto has gone down. The only reason I can think of why that happened is it found a build sheet for a High Altitude and it couldn't figure out what that is so it is in an endless loop pondering it.
