JL Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

My dealer said it usually moves quick from there. Do you have a build date?

I’ve moved into — and out of — that stage twice now, but never had a date assigned. That said, my dealer keeps telling me the date is the end of the month, so I’m telling myself that the transitions are just a detail.

I have been waiting almost 17 weeks.

That was quick. My order was pretty standard. Only ordered because of the inability to find one already built. Was hoping for a quicker turnaround but I have been in the "parts are ready and scheduling for build" phase for about two weeks now. Post pics when she arrives!!

I'm convincing myself this is just delayed gratification. I'm close to throwing away every laptop, computer, tablet, or mobile device I own just for my sanity. My build date is supposed to be 8/25, ordered on 7/2. I still haven't been languishing in Never-Neverland as long as many others but it's rapidly turning into the land of Ah Hell No. Every day brings me closer to tomorrow! But as Annie sang, tomorrow is always a day away.

I have been waiting almost 17 weeks.

I waited for 19 with my current JL, but that got caught up in the COVID shut down. I can't see any excuse for 17 at this point at all. Sorry you're going through that. This is my second time through and it's only been a bit over 5 so far with this one.

I ordered on Thursday (8/19) and received a VIN on Saturday (8/21). The dealer also said I am in D status.

I know I could still have a long road ahead, but this seemed very quick to me.

D is just the first step. What you want to see is D1 (all parts gathered).

Found out today that my jeep made it to Memphis this morning. Hopefully to be unloaded this weekend. Is yours still on a train?

You get any updates on shipping from Memphis?

Wow, I see all these folks with long wait times for their builds and here I am, just hoping mine takes a week or 2 longer to arrive to the dealer. My house is expected to close about 9/16 and I want to get all of that done and moved in before I drive out to Idaho to pick up my jeep.

I ordered 8/6 and found out today that it is currently awaiting shipping and expected to arrive to the dealer 9/1-9/14.
