I mean https://cryptostickers.net/ shows updates today with build sheets (but not stickers) so someone somewhere is indicating that builds are completing.

Typically the dealers have better info than Jeep Chat, so hopefully that applies here. Also, the dealer has no info about the South Toledo (Wrangler) factory being shut down this week, but Jeep Chat insists it is shut down. So far, the only news I've seen is about the North Toledo (Gladiator) factory being shut down this week due to the chip shortage. Again, hopefully the dealer info is better than what Jeep Chat has!

I ordered from Gupton on 7/16 and received my VIN (after bugging the dealer) on 7/29:

Cryptostickers.net shows the build & sticker as NOT FOUND, so I decided to reach out to Jeep Chat for the first time today. Here's what they had to say:

"Thank you so much for holding. I am showing all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly. There is currently no ETA at this time."

I tried to press them a bit on what type of a timeline that would likely result in for delivery, and they came back with the canned response of 7-9 weeks from the date it was ordered.

I'm happy that the parts required for the build are all there, so I'll take that little victory.

I'm like a little kid waiting for Christmas though...that new Jeep can't come soon enough!

On 7/23 Dealer provided estimated ship date: 8/4/2021
On 7/29 Dealer provided an updated ship date: 8/5/2021
On 7/30/2021 received email from customer care about estimated delivery to the dealer: Week of 9/6/2021
On 8/2, chat responded with some better news: "Your vehicle is currently in the frame stage of the build process. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided."

How long does it take from framing to actual shipping these days? Also, if anyone knows how long does it take to deliver it to Northern California - will be much appreciated!

I legit ordered on 7/7 and it was built Friday. Not a high volume dealer (that I know of) - Fort Collins Jeep.

So dont… have patience and trust itll work out. In a few (3 weeks) give your dealer a call and ask for an update. Then at 6 weeks do it again. By 6 weeks, they should have a good sense of if youre moving or super delayed. Dont make the call to cancel before 6 weeks.

things change on the fly it seems… one day it’s “omg we dont have parts” and three days later it’s “omg im in inspection!! So excited!”

Crazy.

I ordered 7/9 southern Illinois. Jlur mostly loaded minus gorilla glass. One touch… still gathering parts

I ordered a Granite JLU Sahara on 6/18 and still in D1 as of roughly 7/23 according to Jeep Chat. Dealer has no updates and says they aren't getting any info from Jeep (or he doesn't care enough to press for more info). No email from Jeep.
