Jl vs jt half door option pricing?

Can anyone tell me why there is a 600 dollar difference between th jt half door option compared to the jl option being cheaper?

The doors have the same part numbers. That is why I am so confused why the JT option is 600 dollars more? Thought someone might have some insight? I feel like I must be missing something?

Did you compare the JL with lowers only? That is an option now. What is price for the JTs?

Maybe there’s some additional cost with shipping them with the JTs vs the JL or some additional logistics on the line. The parts themselves are the same.

How are they delivered in the JT? With the JL, the boxes take up the entire cargo area, which is why you can’t order the dual top and dual door options together. Obviously there’s the bed, but I imagine they can’t ship in the bed since they’re exposed to the elements.

I believe if you order half doors on the JT you are also required to get one of the bed cover options because the half doors will have to be packed in the bed. At least that is what the 2022 MY build tool made me do.

Okay. That makes sense. I saw that you needed a bed cover to order half doors. I guess they just rolled that price into the half door option. Thanks!

They know people buying JTs are a bit dumb so they increase the price
