JL Stubby bumper with fog/led, winch, with grill protection?

Costly but thet best looking bumper of this style. Any idea if this has mount points for a LED bar as well?

I don't think they have a specific mounting point for a light bar. Only the factory fog lights. They do sell a Hawse Fairlead 10" LED Light Bar Mount that you could use.

Doesn't the factory steel bumper give you the ability to do all of that?

The factory bumper by itself is 950$ plus you need the 250$ winch mount and then another 250$ for the winch bar. Also a plastic skid plate. The LOD destroyer stubby is 850 with a sweet lower skid plate, fair lead mount, and looks way better! It also utilizes the factory fog lights as well.
