I purchased used OEM LED fog lights from someone online. It's on it way to me.
I have not opened or removed my halogen version yet. But is the connector to the halogen different from the LED version? If so, is there a place I can get a converter cable to attach this OEM LED version?

Thanks

The plug is the same. Should be plug and play, some have experienced flickering in the light without changing the setting to LED.

Were you able to install it on your bumper no problem?

Have not done it yet. Waiting on my trim fit to arrive along with the Tazer JL Mini. Trim kit shipping is taking forever to arrive. Xmas shipping have impacted a lot of my stuff to arrive later than expected day.
Should be on the Jeep this Sunday, provided everything is on hand. Also have a set of OEM LED DRL coming in. :)

I went from Halogen Fogs in stock Sport Bumper to a take off Rubicon bumper with LED fogs and they were plug and play. Work great. No flickering or bulb out errors.

I went from halogen fogs in stock Sahara bumper to installing take off Rubicon bumper LED fogs and this is what I discovered in my case:

  • The harness and mounting bracket were the same, so the install is 'swap in swap out' without any new hardware required
  • After the install I had some intermittent flickering of the fog lights
  • I resolved the flickering by changing the fog light settings to 'LED' using JSCAN

Finally got around and replaced the halogen fogs to OEM LED.
No flickering so far. Did not change any settings yet.
But do have a question.
I just realized that the halogen version was sitting a bracket which had a screw to adjust the angle.
I installed the LED version without that. Was that a mistake?

When i swapped the first one. I turned it on and they were lining up. So I went and replaced the second one too.
