I am sure I am overthinking this but I have my JLU Sahara that has the matching color 3-piece freedom top and I know it’s only four latches that hold each of the two panels in and the drivers side has to be removed first and replaced last but is there anything special that I need to do to the seals after removing them for the first time, I currently have zero leaks and don’t want any leaks but also want to take the panels off on nice days and use the storage bag.

I've taken the panels off dozens and dozens of times and haven't done anything special to the seals - no leaks yet! (And TONS of rain the last few weeks - I feel like I don't remember what the sun looks like)

The only thing I will say is make sure you don't pinch anything. One time I put the panels back on in a hurry, and I sort of snagged some of the seals between the two panels. I didn't notice until I was looking down on the jeep from my upstairs window, and it looked like something was sticking out between the panels.
