JL random drive line noise

Hello all, 1st post on the Jeep. 2018 JL noise, seems to be coming from the front axel disconnect. It appear to me that the FAD is randomly trying to engage while the vehicle is in motion. Started doing this about 10,000 miles ago two dealers have been no help at all. Same old “we can’t recreate the noise so no problem “ even with the video. Any thoughts? Anyone have anything similar?
