Anyone had their 2 door on a lift yet? It’s a little awkward and made me a little nervous. Best placement ,(imo) had arms a little close together for my liking and skid plate over fuel tank complicates placement even further. Passed shake test; it’s not upside down and I’m alive so I guess it worked.

Read some people used lca mounts and others cab mounts for jk but I’m not sure I trust integrity of those parts.

I used the lca mounts on the wife's old 2 door jk... it was always solid on my lift... I use the frame on the new JLU... not a fan of the hockey pucks on the truck adapters though...

The hockey puck is sitting on actual lift pad and is there because it will fit within the indention of skid plate. It lets me have weight centered over arm and the eliminates the concern of having lift arm slip off of frame.

I understand, I was a mechanic in a past life so I've done it too, had to use them on my Z06 because the lift points are underneath the side skirts so I do use them, just not with truck adapters... you were on a Bendpak which probably has better fitting adapters than my chineseium lift... no offense intended...
