JL Led DRL Swap

I just swapped my fender lights from halogen to led. When the car is off, they both work great. When I turn the car on, the left one turns off besides the side marker, and when I try to use turn signals, the orange lights just flicker. I’ve been told that I need a taser or to get the leds flashed(programmed). Is there anyway to do this without paying $200? Or is there another solution?

@Pelisha any luck in getting this to work? Im curious about going this on my Sport when it arrives and just trying to determine whats needed and if possible...
