I figure the xfer case is likely going in favor of an Atlas anyway. That doesn't leave much "rubicon".Wondering the same thing, depending on the answer might sway my build
There are a few creature comforts we could only get with the Rubicon that we really wanted such as deep tinted glass, 8.4 radio, auto air, remote start, and a few other things. Add to that the electronic sway bar, the Rubicon transfer case, and the $5500-$6000 back for the parts we took off and that helped us make the decision.Curious...with this extensive of a build, why start with a Rubicon?

I saw those tires on a jeep over the weekend, they are huge, and awesome! Love the build.Some more pics, build is getting closer I was able to do first test drive today, I love how it’s coming out.
I did find that the RockHard skid plate system will not clear the front Ultimate 60, so I ordered the Metal Cloak plates.
