Yes, it is a Mavic Air. Super easy to fly even in high winds.

I have the Mavic Air 2 and it is has been working well so far. Might put that on your consideration to purchase list.
Thanks for telling me about this.

After research the Mavic Air 2 is on top of the list. Only reason I didnt purchase it ASAP as I read there will be a release of Mavic Pro 3 soon so wanted to see if they added any functionality that might change my mind (it would need to be a lot as the cost is substantial over the Mavic Air 2).

now to figure out what I want to do with the mini

Couple of small clips from a recent trip to CO:
That last one turned out much better than I expected. All shot with a Skydio2 (mix of auto-follow, beacon GPS tracking, and manual operation).

Sorry for the IG links; I’m still traveling but I’ll eventually put everything together for a longer clip on YT.
