JL 3rd Brake Light Extension

I am installing the MOPAR tailgate reinforcement/Spare tire relocation kit - which means I need to relocate the 3rd brake light. Does anyone know the part # or know where I can find the extension arm? I want to keep the light mounted above the tire if possible. Thanks!
