FWIW I'm running 33 x 11.5s with no lift. Zero rubbing issues, once I took off the Euro bumper inserts. This is with correctly-backspaced aftermarket wheels of course.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
Rubicon doesn’t have much of a lift over the sport. Maybe 1”.
My Sport w/ Rubi suspension gained about 1.75-2"

Hey man. Nice looking jeep. Question for you as you may have the answer I'm looking for.

I also have a JLU Sahara with the BFG K02 tires -"Rubi Takeoffs".

I'm looking to lift my Sahara some (mostly for appearance) but don't really want to change the ride quality dramatically nor do I want a crazy lift to go off-roading.

How did you go about finding the rubi suspension and did you have a local guy install it? I'm no auto mechanic so will definitely have to have someone do it for me. Not looking to break the bank but want the more aggressive look for my Sahara.
Also check on Facebook marketplace. I see Rubi takeoffs on there all the time for $200 or less. You can also find Rubi takeoff wheels and tires, usually with 1000 miles or under for $1200 or so. I have a JLU sport with both installed.

for those looking to do the Rubi takeoff suspension lift:

The lower control arms installed in the Rubi are the same ones in your sport. You may ask, “how do you lift a vehicle 1-2”, use the same lower control arms, and have the caster not negatively affected?”. Short answer is you can’t. Jeep took the cheap way out and simple adjusted the caster spec for the Rubicons to be in the 4 degree range vs 6 degree range like your sport is. In my opinion, it was a super shitty move by Jeep.

Fortunately, Jeep sells control arms that are slightly longer as part of the aftermarket 2” lift. You can get these for $60 shipped through an online forum Mopar parts sponsor.

Highly recommended.

(Caster is at 5.5 degrees which is in the upper Mopar recommended range).
Look at the caster range for a sport and for a rubicon. It's in the 6 degree range for a sport and 4 degree range for a Rubicon. Mopar took the same arms from a sport, threw them on a rubicon with a 2 inch lift, and instead of changing the arms to bing the caster back up to the sport recommendation, they just revised the range for the Rubicon.

It was a (I presume) shitty cost saving measure. You should be in the high 6 degree range, not in the 5s.

33 Rubi 2.5 teraflex st2. Dealer said the warranty is void because it’s higher than A 2” Lift

The dealer tried to make me pay for a fad actuator, but the service manager approved when I argued we didn’t touch it. But they said the power train warranty is gonzo
