Was surprised, I expected corner specific shocks. These just said front and rear on them.

Yours too?
They were just front and rear, I thought they were corner specific too. No issues though in ride, as far as I can tell.

You did a good trimming job, mine are a little obscured.

Just used some scissors and a razor blade. Think the rear could use a little more. Can always take some off, hard to put it back! Don’t think it matters much, but you know they are great looking shocks.

Put them on soft setting, havent driven it any but out of garage, but yes, can tell, a lot of body control that wasn’t there before.

Took factory fronts off and they retracted negatively on their own! :(

I noticed that too when I removed the stock shocks

Didn't they come with a template to cut the liners?

based on my experience with my Falcons, they are initially firm but do break in after 1200-1400 miles.

I'd be interested in the OP's impression after some mileage.
I think so too......or maybe I'm just tired of dealing w/ my suspension. I've got 3.3 adjustables and I thought they were firm at first too. I've got almost 3,000 on mine now.

The piggyback versions come with the template. Didn’t need to trim with these really, just did anyway because they look better than any shock I’ve put on before. Heck, they look nicer than my Bilstein reservoir shocks on my YJ. That plastic is so thin and bendy it didn’t have to be done. To get the bolt off the top in the front, I just shoved an old towel up there to hold the plastic out.

After a few months they softened up a touch, but they are still a firm ride in performance mode. I really like them, they make for a fun ride on the road in an unconventional vehicle. Offroad, they perform well keeping the tires on the trail and while they make you feel the little stuff, do a great job absorbing the harsher stuff.

tire size?
can you list your lift kit ?
Thank you so much
Also with the falcon shocks it somehow gave me a good 2 inch lift, not sure how that works unless the shocks are supporting a little more weight than the stock shocks
