I was cleaning out my attic this past weekend and found the old JK plastic bumper closeout panel I tossed up there 12 years ago. I'm not running a winch on my steel bumper so I checked to see if it would fit and it did. It's a tight fit but I think it looks better than the thin strip of plastic that comes with the steel bumper group.
