Yes, they are. Ordered a mic holder almost a month ago. They confirmed the order, charged my CC...and the wait continues.

Communications? Nothing
Email response? Nothing
Phone response? No answer

Anyone deal with them? Suggestions? Experience?

Following, was interested in ordering their mic holder as well. Kind of expensive for what it is, but can't find anyone else with the 1" ball mount for a Uniden.

It took a while to receive mine and I had actually emailed to cancel my order because it wasn't going to arrive in time for a big trip (which they didnt do). Glad they didn't honestly because I really like the mount itself. Rather pricey, but it is rare to see a 3D print be so precise.

I’ve recently had a polar opposite, very positive experience.

Placed my order for a dual device / 67designs ball mount about 7 days ago. Shipped yesterday, arrived today.

Nice quality and easy to install.

I will note that all the emails I received from them went to my junk mail. I had to whitelist their address because at first I couldn’t figure out why I didn’t get an invoice from them.

Yeah my 67 designs stuff shipped really quickly and is great. I definitely still recommend jeep uniq. They make a nice product.
