Sorry if you felt that update wasn't enough information. I wanted to provide something before leaving the office. As far as your order, it appears railyards in Toledo, OH are congested and the Logistics team is working closely with the transportation companies to clear up everything. This is what we know as of now. As mentioned, I'll let you know when things move along.

Orders made around mine, going to the west coast, go shoved in the back of lots and have been neglected. Sounds like logistically they had some terrible planning and weren't able to pull older vehicles from certain areas - as countless rail cars have been coming to California for the past few months. While mine still sits.
Hell, they managed to move mine from Toledo to Marion and let it continue to sit.
This order has been an outright disaster.
One hell of a way to introduce someone to the Jeep brand.

Not any consolation for you, but as I’ve watched mine go from C, to D, to D1, and back to D, for what now seems like forever, following your plight makes me realize that things could be worse. Best of luck to you.

That’s what’s crazy...much newer builds are being shipped out, while older builds sit there. I can’t figure out the thinking or logic behind it. If it is a backlog of railcars or trucks, you would think older builds would be of the highest priority. I hope this situation is resolved for you soon, @simpleJL
