Has anyone brought their 2019 Jeep JL in for the wobble and/or the steering wandering, get it fixed with the latest Star Bulletins out from FCA and happy with the results??????

https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/up...re-jl-steering-issues-wobble-loose-wandering/

Where is a list of the star bulletins located???

Thanks!
Boy, I'm hoping the Early 2020's (September/October?) ARE Fixed, from the Factory -- JT's too, cause I'm up for either by years end, if my stars align !

Our 19 was built in December. Just took it in for a 1500 mile first oil change and mentioned to the that it wanders a little. They ordered the new track bar per the Star bulletin. Part should be in a week or so. Some others mentioned that the new bar has helped. Fingers crossed.

We picked up our 2019 JLUR two weeks ago (built mid-Feb) and the steering is perfect. I was concerned going in based on what I have read here, but couldn't be happier with the Jeep.

That said, with only ~100mi on the clock we pulled it apart to put on coilovers and 37s, but the steering remains tight and straight.

Just brought my 2018 JLU Sahara back to dealer for second time due to violent front end shaking when hitting bumps at highway speeds. They supposedly have the proper fix, this time.... Stay tuned.

It's very possible your JL already has the new track bar if it was built in mid-Feb.

Star Cases are listed at the Recalls / TSB / Issue Bulletin thread as "Issue Bulletins". Each one has S in front of numbers. Many of them apply to 2018 and 2019. Some 2019s include the fixes listed in the Star Cases. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...r-jl-wrangler-check-your-jl-for-recalls.9784/

My 2019 was not odd by the star case / track bar fix. They also replaced the steering stabilizer with an aftermarket Fox one (the "new" one was still not out), but they did not replace the end link from the drag link to Pittman arm. There is a lot of play there up and down, and is bad. One eater from out of state said it was bad and needed replaced and that a new part was available and noted it for my local dealer. My local dealer is the wok above but did not replace the end link. I even offered to pay for the part myself so I knew that all the defective parts were replaced. They still refused. I had a tire shop check and verify It as well so I have a FCA dealership, and a local tire shop that verified the drag link end as bad still. It is better with the track bar an new stabilizer, but still not right. Since they put on a Fox stabilizer and will cover that I am trying to get a yeti drag link myself and have that not void anything else. Seems odd to be able to pick an choose what aftermarket is ok and what's not.

With mine, it has qualified for a buyback, but I am trying to avoid that. That is why I was hoping to replace the end link myself or have an aftermarket drag link put on so it is usable on the highway. Off-road, and around town it is bearable, but on the highway it is a nightmare. I may just have to let them take it back and start over. But I really don't want to do that. Plan is to see hat I can do to get it ixed myself, and if it still drives bad or has any other issues to let them have it back.

God luck with your case, mine has been an absolute nightmare. I do think if you can get the new stabilizer, track bar and drag link end it will be much better, or go aftermarket, but risk warranty depending on the dealer.

I have a JLUR, stock suspension. Went 17k miles with no issues. Then a small shake started. Now violent when I hit a small bump over 50mph. Dealer has tried twice. Not fixed. Looking for advice to tell the dealer.
