So my free oil changes aren’t showing up in Jeepwave and it’s been almost 3 months. I would like to get an oil change, can any Jeep dealer look this up or do I need to call Jeep wave first?

Jeep Wave told me all I had to do was call the dealer when I was ready to get the oil changed, hope it’s that simple. So my free oil changes aren’t showing up in Jeepwave and it’s been almost 3 months. Tag @JeepCares and include your Vin, then they can give you a service contract number that you can give to the advisor when you take it in for an oil change. So my free oil changes aren’t showing up in Jeepwave and it’s been almost 3 months. Someone else on this site contacted FCA when their Jeep Wave didn't show up either and the representative had him update his user profile which supposedly forced a refresh of his account and then it showed up. Following that advice I did the same thing ( just added or changed something in my profile ) and sure enough mine showed up then too.So my free oil changes aren’t showing up in Jeepwave and it’s been almost 3 months. ..this is also keeping me kicked out of the Jeep Wave. The VIN, my name, address and everything else is correct on my title and vehicle registration, its just screwed up in FCA's system. I'm coming due for oil change and rotations... Its been 4 weeks now waiting for this to be straightened out.

Same exact situation here. How are you going about fixing this? On mopar.com I'm shown as "subscriber" also. I'm guessing it needs to be changed to "owner"? Thanks!I'm told that my dealer input the incorrect information in the systems when I purchased the vehicle; my VIN doesn't belong to me..this is also keeping me kicked out of the Jeep Wave. I would suggest contact your dealership. I contacted Jeep Chat and they didn't know anything about what Jeep Cares told me. Jeep chat told me to take care of this issue myself so I contacted my dealer, and they were able to give me more information than Jeep Chat did. My Idaho dealer said that another dealership in Florida incorrectly entered a VIN on a new sale - unfortunately their typo matched my VIN. This is why I'm not listed as the vehicle owner and ineligible for Jeep Wave oil change freebees....The two dealerships have been working on this I'm supposed to get an update in the next few days. Seeing that you have the same issue.....you don't happen to live in Florida do you? LOLSame exact situation here. How are you going about fixing this? On mopar.com I'm shown as "subscriber" also. How do you get discounts on Mopar parts? I don't see anything about the Jeep wave discount when I log into the mopar site. You don't need to do anything to get the benefits of Jeep Wave. Just take your car to the dealership when you want the oil change/tire rotation, etc. The Jeep Wave is automatically tied to your VIN.
This also applies to any Mopar extended warranty or oil change service agreement you purchase and it'd good at any dealer.
Good question. I haven't used that benefit myself but I would guess the parts department at the dealership would honor the discount if you mentioned the Jeep Wave program. That being said, you could probably do better than the 15% discount if you shopped around online for most parts. How do you get discounts on Mopar parts? Jeep Cares stopped replying, Jeep Chat was useless. Contacting my dealer helped a lot + three phone calls to Jeep finally got my ownership/Jeep Wave fubar straight with FCA.I would suggest contact your dealership.
