Jeep Nacho - only 3,000 built

Brand new to the forum. Been a lifetime Jeep owner...grew up with my older brothers driving a Scrambler and bought my first Jeep back in 96. I’m now on Jeep #5 Having just traded in my 2011 JK for a JL Unlimited Sahara Nacho. Can’t say enough how much I love this new Jeep.

For what it’s worth, the woman I worked with at the dealership informed me that they only made the Nacho for 3 weeks with a grand total of 3,000 built. They weren’t aware of why they only built so few of the Nacho, but figured I would share since there were many that seemed interested in the color and I didn’t see any threads providing this info. If anyone knows more I’d certainly love to hear it.

3,000 sounds like a lot to me for a color that was discontinued pretty quickly.

It’s a great colour. I’ve seen one in person, and it looks awesome. You are lucky! Congrats!

It was a very short run, and I don’t think it ever opened for ordering, but it is a colour.

Yeah I think it's rarer than that too. I saw just one on a dealer website before it disappeared. Reminds me of the 2012 Dozer color

Beg to differ, the dealership here had two Nacho Sahara's when the JL's first arrived. I saw both in person. Neat color.

Odd you recently found it. They were made in the spring, I figured most had been sold by now.... maybe they only recently shipped it out.

I saw one for sale at a dealership (posted in a facebook group) less than a month ago. There must be some secret nacho warehouse somewhere.

I would think they’re from clearing up the backlog of shipping. They’ll probably be still shipping the odd jk out of those lots for a long time yet, so I suppose a few rare color jls are there too.

I like nacho, punkin too, but I’m not a sports fan at all. An orange Jeep in Tennessee world draw a certain crowd I tend to avoid.
