or how to mount one?

Sick of the lack of visibility while backing up at night........ any help would be appreciated.

As you pointed out, that’s a concept vehicle and that light isn’t available from any manufacturer. For increased reverse lighting, look into @ORACLElights reverse lights that mount in the rear bumper in place of the reflectors.
