Like you guys, I have a wife who likes the cadillac ride while I'm more of a sports car fan.

Wow, apparently we married sisters... lol. My wife has a neck fusion so she is much more sensitive to a harsh ride than most people. I'm sad to hear that even the 3.3s are harsh. Right now we both run the 3.1s and they can be stiff at times but I love them. I talked to Teraflex and they said that the tire can also play a major role and we are ditching the very stiff Pats and going to Coopers now. Please post what you wind up going with as I am very interested to hear.

Yes the soft setting was to stiff for my wife. We went down the tire road as well. We started out with 37 cooper stt pros and went to milestar pats Mt. The Pats were much quieter and the softer side wall gives a better ride than the coopers did.

A buddy that I wheel with also said the same thing...he went from milestars to stt pros and said the stt pros performed alot better offroad, but rode noticeably rougher and were louder.

I went from Pats to KM3's and the ride is softer, better offroad, but louder. :dunno:

Scratching my head because we experienced the exact opposite. Even the guy at Teraflex said the Pats are a pretty stiff tire.

We went with the 38" Pats that are C rated. I believe the Cooper and smaller size Pats are D or E rated. The C rated tire is considerably softer than the Coopers were.
