Yeah, 7.62 X 54. They were on the ridge toward the back of the property, and I was on the back porch. I wasn't quick enough to get either of the other two. They don't normaly move in more than pairs, but mating season makes them do weird things.
You know, that's probably why a lot of Marines don't like riding on an Osprey... They're too clean! we think its out of fluid, lol!You know you have hydraulic fluid if its leaking. When its not leaking then there is a problem. The things leaked like crazy. They were filthy when in country because the sand clung to all the hydraulic fluid.
Also I have fallen many times running in and out of the ramp to troubleshot launch problems for the pilots.
Great to see someone else (in a warmer weather area) also insulates their garage. Amazes me the funny looks I get from some of my FL friends.Did some more garage stuff today and patched that busted irrigation pipe.
