Wow, rethinking that magnesium wheel mod on my indy car

When I was at Flight Test at Edwards we did a max load max brake test on the B1-B. Basically you come in heavy and just stand on the brakes. All or most of the tires blow and the magnesium wheels catch on fire - very exciting especially for the pilots since the main egress comes out underneath the aircraft in front of the main gear (if they had to get out).
