If I own the house, I shouldn't need anyone's permission to do something with the property, as long as its under code.
Preach it, preacher!!

Bought a sarong/lava lava recently. Forgot about it. Pleasantly surprised to find it in my mail pile this mornin. It's extremely comfortable. Great for this heat, and dries quicker than trunks, so will be great at the pool and lake.

The sidewalk was poured with a 4’ x 8’ shed in mind. I was going to have double doors on the front to gain access.

in hind sight a pass through shed would have given me more space.

ideally you should have put bolts in the cement with the threads sticking out when it was being poured so you could've secured the shed foundation to the cement rather than thinking of having to secure to the house. you know what they say about hindsight.

I will likely not secure it to house or sidewalk. If I find it necessary, I can always add lag bolts later.
