I raced at Monza in Italy and Portimao in Portugal, both circuits with straights long enough to reach 200. You get accustomed to the speed so that you just nail the throttle and take the chance to relax/take a breather whilst the bike does the work. Not good with a crosswind though!
Awesome! I raced Mountain Motorsports Park, Second Creek Raceway, and Stapleton Airport Raceway - what, haven't heard of those exotic locations? Reached speeds of really slow, got my arse handed to me regularly and got off the bike soaked in sweat, but with the biggest farkin' smile plastered across my face

That's enough of that nonsense! Back to the subwoofer project.
Nice! I'm interested in how you go about repairing clear coat in spots. I am always too afraid to damage it and creating a need to reshoot the car ... or apply a snakeskin wrap  that I have a far too tentatively and light hand in buffing/polishing swirls.

Our flying Lancaster escorted by two Spitfires flew over me one day last year when I was out with the dogs. I was so surprised I didn’t even try to get a pic. They make a wonderful noise.
I bet. That's six Merlin engines overhead at once.

I have a spectacular military equipment and more museum at the regional airport next door. Most everything operates and demonstrates including tanks and incredible airplanes. They normally fly groups of aircraft through the Summer pulsing my house with the glorious sounds of big rotary and Merlin engines

The collection was put together by Paul Allen (of Microsoft $$$), who has passed. Because of that and the covid crud, they may be permanently suspending operations according to a May announcement. Devistating :crying:

Nooo, that’s a real shame.

We’re getting an avalanche of company closures and announcements of redundancies now. That’s before the government stops the furlough payments. Our economy. has already taken a big hit and presumably it’s going to get worse. Airbus announced 15000 job loses yesterday, 1700 off those are at the wings factory not far from me. Bad times.

At first I thought it might be iron/rust deposits/stains but the CG Iron Decon had no effect/reaction on it. I've tried several remedies but nothing is taking it out. It seems to be stained/embedded in the clearcoat. I'm thinking it picked up something acidic from the roadway. This is the primary reason for the detailing store trip yesterday. I'm about to bust out some mechanical assistance and a (somewhat) aggressive cutting compound to try to remove it. I'm a little nervous about it as I have little experience with buffers/polishers/compounds.
Coming through from the back side ?

any way to get a camera behind it ?
