Well I decided to say "fuck it" and give her a go. HF to the rescue!

I got a couplefew burns through the clear, but I'll touch those up. It's better than yellow stains. Whatever caused the staining was tenacious stuff! The Meguiar's fine cut cleaner did the trick.

Novices to the TT have to follow an experienced (usually retired) racer round the course in practice until they demonstrate competence/enough speed/enough knowledge before going out on their own.

Ok, thanks. I see this ‘vaccine by fall in 2021‘ in our media too and wonder how this can be predicted more than a year out?

They are making progress, but the process for a novel vaccine is lengthy. Basically, the timeline reflects the fact that nothing could get through testing and trials before that date.

37 miles... well I thought the Nurborgring was a long track. That must take a lot of endurance to push the bike hard for that distance.

Yeah, that'd take some significant prep time to learn the course well enough to hammer it, and some major cajones to actually do it
