Okay, finally had a chance to install the Diver Down seat covers - look and feel great. Haven't had a chance to take a longer ride in them. I did manage to turn what should have been a 30-40 minute job into a hour or so while loosing 5 lbs of sweat. Would not suggest installing in the hot FL sun with a temp of 95 and 81 degree dew point. I also had to learn how Jeep seats reclining mechanism work the hard way (long story). Anyway pics below (covers are black - photos make them look charcoal/gray).

Sweat doesn't go through but it does absorb into the top cloth layer. If you look closely on the bottom photo you can see some light water marks where some of the 5 lbs of sweat I lost was on the seat. Cloth material is a performance type fabric and dries very quickly.

Wow, guess they would be easier to install, then again a large garbage bag would look the same and be a lot less:). Yes you do lose the molle function on the seat backs.
Probably not a big deal. I have some bags hanging on there right now but don't really find them that useful. The "map pockets" on those DD covers would probably be just as useful.
