Must use the cone of shame or one of its variants (and a crate depending on the circumstances). Been down this road many times and they cant be trusted...They meaning themselves, their companions, or their owners (oh we'll just keep an eye on them). In my experience its usually 14 days, mine usually bash the cone well before that and look more like a gorilla tape knight before we get there. Not doing so leads to another surgery and infection.

Oh yes, she’s in the cone. 100% agree with you - no one is to be trusted.
When I hear her licking, I’m always worried she’d figured out how to get out of/around the cone.

Mornin buddy. Yes, it seems so. I guess everyone is getting ready for their cook outs & such. Of course, I'm at work. We dont get this holiday for some unknown reason. The real shame is, we won't do diddly today, since folks are out doing "stuff".

This year with the shelter in place there isn’t much to do. In fact NY state started to open but NYC is still shut down.
