Perhaps this is a philosophical question.

Is the Wrangler towing the motorhome in reverse? Because in that case, yes...yes I do think it would be very appropriate for the Wrangler driver to wave.

Answer: I haven't a freakin clue cause this hasn't happened yet because FCA has been so slow on producing JLs that there aren't enough JLs on the road yet for 2 JLs to even fictionally meet up and converse, for me to make a meaningful punch line out of this joke!!!!!!
