Thx Sean. They dug up all the shit grass by hand, covered the whole area with matting, installed drip irrigation, and then covered it all with mulch. They even took care of stuff by the house entry that I didn't realize was included in the quote.
Thx Joe. Our two different landscapings just meet right along the lot line. The guys did a great job of kinda sewing the two together without making a mess of hers. She was asking them about doing some maintenance work on hers too.
