on my way home yesterday afternoon I see this coming out of a construction zone. I'm not sure how bad the Jeep got dinged but the car that ran in to him got some serious wrinkles.

I had a Willys once upon a time, it was a "15 JK model as I recall, in Tank green. Nice dark color.

lol yep, its already got the Rubi suspension and some good tires on it. Just wish it had the pushbutton swaybar disconnect... but I guess I'd have to just go for the Rubicon to get that, lol.

I'm exploring ways to make my own quick disconnect system.

One could argue that the push button disconnect is a disadvantage with the low hanging motor up front.

Manual disconnects stay disconnected and are cheap.

Thats a good way to look at it, but I would say its only exposed if you take that front skid plate off.

Dryer took a crap last night. Looks like I'll be going home after work to diagnose it. Thinking idler pulley and or belt.

Dryer took a crap last night. Looks like I'll be going home after work to diagnose it. Thinking idler pulley and or belt.

Last time I had to work on the dryer, it was a relay on the circuit board. Of course, in order to figure it out, I had to take the whole freak'n dryer apart...drum and all...because I thought it was the motor or something with the motor/belt assembly. The relay in question had gotten hot and came un-soldered from the board. Once we found the problem, I was able to re-solder the relay to the board. It has been all good since then (knocking on wood hoping it doesn't quit next time we use it!!!)
