Accepted a new job at work. It'll be more guaranteed hours, but my overtime won't kick in for and hour and a half after it does now. Different schedule too. Tue-sat. Still night shift though.

Thanks. Night shift doesn't bother me. Pay will be a little better. Not much, but more predictable, and my vacation\option time pay will be better.
