Retired from Corrections....I have stories.
That kinda car would get me in trouble. With a quickness. 😅😅😅
It requires a restrained right foot. We have a 120 degree turn off the main road to our road. Looks like this. At about 40mph in track mode, with the traction control turned off, if you nail it going around the corner, you can drift the car with ease. I struggle every time I take that corner to not act like an idiot. I do drive it easy. I am averaging 26 mpg with the car with in town driving. Still it is hard to not nail the gas from every light. I am thinking about letting my wife Carla do a track day with it.

Well, this is most of what I wanted to do with a jlu. Different hood, and wheels of course, but it's cool to see the body, frame, and top stretch being done IRL. Obviously, it's a copy of one of the jeep safari concepts a couple years ago, so it's not as original as the shop\builders make it out to be.
Unfortunately I am already at work... :computerrage:

So what's up?
That was the Safari concepts, right?
I think the third row is done better in this one though, but still needs a diesel, and tons.
How difficult would this be to do by oneself?

The 3rd row seat would be the least difficult part of the project. The one you linked looks like the back end was extended some to make more leg room for that third row, so that will be the most difficult part. Plus sourcing a new top to account for the additional length.

Yeah, it's extended after the axel. It's a foot, or less though. I'd, probably have to take some notes from jscherb on jeepforum, and make my own top. One that big really should be modular anyway.
