Added power to the garage (100A), replaced the bladder tank to reduce the well pump's cycling (I think the bladder finally gave out when our hill country nights dropped to single digits), installed the Harken hoist (bought from @JeepChicNJ whom included all the bits and pieces), took OUTSIDE and Cali to the horse pasture to throw that dog.

Back to work in the morning. Thank goodness for some relaxing time off—

Just got back in from a group hunt. Neighbor up the road heard a ruckus outside a few hours ago. She went outside, and her pig pen was busted open, the two hogs were dead, and a "coyote" was running back into the trees. She called mom, and a couple other neighbors. Bunch of us went out with spotlights, and guns. All we could find was the blood trail to the trees.
We've had chicken coops destroyed, calf's killed, and now this. All in the last couple months.
Only thing on the trail cams, and security cameras is this lone coyote. Big fucker, and doesn't have a tail.
Everyone is spreading salt, pine ash, and loose tobacco. Just in case. It's been shot \ shot at by several of the neighbors over the last couple months.

Been up since 3am with a sick dog (after driving all day yesterday)

Got compliments on BeeBee while I was out walking today, it was a nice boost after the long weekend. Tomorrow is an extra long day. Will be at my aunts house at 9am where the wake is being held, will follow the procession to where the service is being held. Then there is the burial, followed by a feast & some traditional games/gambling. An early wrap up would be 18:00, but Ive been to ones that went well after midnight with the games.
